Congrats to Vans Surf Team rider Kalani Chapman for winning the "Wave of the Winter" contest on Surfline. Not only does the North Shore local get bragging rights for catching an insane barrel at Pipeline, there's also a check for $25,000 coming his way. Check out his winning wave.
